Once again Ron rocks and howls.
Howling rock goodness is my fav, especially when its delivered with this much attitude!

Sounds like JCM right here.
Great job on this Farrell!
The guitar blisters.
Vocals even better.
I am a big fan of Mellencamp... especially some of his more obscure tracks like "Whenever We Wanted" and all that lp

Love the vibe here. It works well with the rather dour lyrics. Great vocal delivery and some lovely playing. The instrumentation is perfect. I can almost smell the smoke.

Great vocal you've made it your own which isn't easy for such a well known song

I love how behind the beat the verses are here. It adds some swamp to the proceedings. Apologies if I have asked previously, but what are you using for guitar tones? They always sound great.

Cool tune.

Quote from: karl1171 on Yesterday at 02:54:46 AMThere's a bit about 0:34, a kind of violin sound - is that a guitar and volume pedal?

Quote from: cuthbert on May 02, 2024, 06:58:37 PMWas that a Mellotron I heard doing the strings bit?

I do love to do guitar swells with a delay pedal (part of the Alex Lifeson influence I'm sure), but this was Thumbjam.

Thank you, all, for listening.
