Great song .. Really like the vibe of it .. Great production, lyrics and vocals.. The guitar playing was also really good. It reminded me a bit of an "April Wine" love song ..

Lots of emotion in the vocals and the playing. Great lyrics with a heartbreak. The backing vocal treatment was interesting. The effect (harmonizer plugin of somekind?) had some artifacts to it, but it somehow added to the song. Kinda like a modern touch added into otherwise organic and retro sounding song.

Another winner from Willie. The writer of sad songs with compassion.

every now and then a Willie (not nelson) song pops up on my playlist that i keep on my phone for exercise and driving etc... and I always smile and feel warm inside.  Like i used to feel at HS dances when I could go.... yes... that is what your songs do for me Willie.. I feel warm inside!  This is just like that

Always look forward when one of your tunes is coming up on the playlist. Rarely if ever disappoint. This is another gem. just class, sounds effortless.
