You all know that genre means nothing to me so here's something a little different. I needed to do something simple and off the beaten path so I could get my recording mojo back. My sister in-law loves to line dance and once mentioned I should do a country line dancing song, so here it is...well maybe it's a country line dancing blues song, lol. Credits: all me.
Yes cool country vibe, loving the guitar break, harmonica and vocals too.
They'll be line dancing for sure, great stuff!!
damn skippy this is shit hot! Yeah, if this is country I want a double helping.... this got roots real deep in the blues...but I think country folks would be cool with this.... cause it rocks... yeah.
smoking guitar work, drums, bass...vocals... really like the progression...
like you genre doesn't matter much to me.... but I will take this and sit my fanny down and not move as long as it all sounds this good.
I hope she loves it and sounds like a really fun lady!
I dig it. Cool lyrics and vocal - I might even make the vocal a touch louder in the mix. Love the rhythm guitar, especially the part during the harp solo. Talented playing all around. Is that real harp?
A song by Cuz I haven't heard!!!! Great little rock and roller. Nice bridge and breakdown with some cool harpin'. Sort of thing I do when I need to get the mojo back working full steam. A good honest rock and roller

Thanks Des and all! Yes, I'm playing the harmonica. It's a Hohner Pro Harp key of A. I'll give the vocal another listen, thanks! Note: I've since added more compression to the overall mix which seems to give better presence to the vocals.
Love this, Farrell. Country/ blues at its best. Excellent vocals and guitar work. I could see my wife doing her line-dancing to this one.
Rocks my wheel-house just right. I'm feeling it for sure! That break into the harp at 1:45 brings it all home! Too cool! 8)
"Shit Hot" is what the US Navy Aviators would call this indeed.
Great country rock and roll chords, and perfect line dancing swinging beat.
Fantastic work.
I could see this one getting somewhere on country radio if a big name person recorded it.
Great stuff....real cool feeling ..... love it
Great all around tune made for radio or the big stage. Love the middle eight.
Blooby
Excellent track, that lead guitar is so cool, sounds very joe Walsh.
Certainly a line dance in there for sure.
Well done Farrell.
Awesome roadhouse blues! Nice guitar tones and excellent swinging groove. Sweet harmonies in the chorus and ripping lead guitar!
Lovely stuff Farrell. I dunno about genre either but I know if I heard a band play this live i would be up front of the stage watching the band. It's proper cool country/rock/blues to me. Love it.
Mike
Great tune and you are a top songwriter, er 'crafter lol! Love the stereo separation on your productions, this one had some great tickly (tickley?) guitar parts, loved it!
I'm a fan!
I'm a little late to the party Great track
A rollicking good tune with some superb guitar and harp fills. Nice sing-along chorus and general feel-good vibe. Excellent stuff. As our friend 'Hook' would probably say: Dance on. 8)
Great song..the type of music I'd be happy sitting in a bar listening to.
