Title: a rather frustrating story
Post by: Jean Pierre on May 09, 2023, 01:27:50 AM
a rather frustrating story

I recently discovered a guitarist I didn't know Dominic Miller

I wanted to cover one of his compositions Meeting Point ...I liked the flute intro and it's in the key of my Low whistle in D
I didn't have the score so I did a reading by ear. I managed to do the first 20 bars..and then after blocking everything gets confused..I can't identify the chords anymore...too bad it was going well

...maybe this will make you want to listen to the piece  ;)

He's sting's guitarist. Has been for a long time, great player.

Yes, of course he's Sting's guitarist since about 30 years, Sting says he's his right arm...and also his left arm
In fact I discovered him by doing a cover of Roxanne, acoustic version ;)
