Probably it's come up on here before, but SONG EXPLODER is the best songwriting podcast I've ever seen. Every episode is a different artist explaining the writing and the production of their track.
There are Song Exploder VIDEO episodes on NETFLIX. Check out Trent Reznor's HURT episode, if you love NiN or Johnny Cash's version.
