The Nerve
written & performed By Hook
Where are my thoughts
Millions of miles away

Where do I find the nerve
To step forward and say
I matter

Where are my motivations
Gone with the passing day

Where is my pride
Has it slipped away

Where is my mission
For each and every day

Great lyrics.  Your skill as a lyricist is underrated, imho.

very original hook. your sound has a very strong identity.. not an easy thing to achieve but i think it happens naturally for you.

Those lyrics seem to be my state of mind lately so I can relate LOL. However, that funk will go away soon, I hope.
Man you really have been on a creative stint.
