The first thing that grabs me is the cool bass sound and pattern. The subtle picking guitar adds a rainy atmosphere to the song.... a nice touch. I like the doubled vocal effect/tracking you're using or doing here. The line "waiting for the rain" makes an excellent hook for the song. Well done SE!

Thought I had commented on this. Great song your voice sounds great has so much character to it now.
Another one using my 5 watt yamaha amp, used my parlour acoustic with Chinese copy pick up and Ibanez bass.
The rhythm is nine buzz drum loops from my android phone.
