Here's a blues collaboration that I did with blues/jazz singer Yvonne Jay. She asked for a slow blues and with her wonderful voice, even though I'm not in tip top shape on the guitar yet but getting there, I couldn't resist. This is also my first go with BIAB. My son-inlaw has it and he assisted me with the drums, bass, and keys tracks. BIAB is a definite on my G.A.S. list as soon as I get a new PC. Yvonne recorded the vox at her place and sent them to me. BTW, Yvonne is a Scottish lass that lives in the USA.
I added two tracks of guitar (rhythm and lead) using my SG 50's tribute with P90 pickups. I placed two dynamic mics (SM57 and AKG D1000E) on a Blackstar stereo amp. I used the amp's effects reverb, delay and modulation. I did 4 fly by the seat of my pants lead and fills takes and chose the best of the 4 for this demo. I do like using BIAB for a quick backing tracks....gonna get me one.
