Ok , just about all set up, gonna reserve a cabin on the Little Manatee River tonight. I have confirmation from Launched (oh yeah!) & Blooby. Hoping Lurker & Mach can join also. If any other members want to join please let me know, you are more than welcome.
My plan is to set up the DP24 and bring all my gear, jam some sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet jams and enjoy a variety of vices.
This is going to rock! I'm psyched to meet Launched and get together with blooby again...hope the other guys (or gals) can make it.

John (Lurker) is out due to family obligations. We've also had a gig on the calendar for the 17th for a while, so I will plop in then following day. I'm wrestling with what musical stuff to bring.
Looking forward to this. I feel like I'm in a work --> sleep --> repeat mode these days.

Think I'm driving down due to the most expensive plane tickets in the history of mankind, but I might get lucky. Either way I'm in Jacksonville sometime the 17th to drop off my girlfriend at her friend's house, then it's a three hour or so drive to the cabin. I'm starting to feel the energy!

Unfortunately, we have our Christmas Office party that weekend and also have family coming into town for the holidays. I was looking forward to the FL.MET and meeting you guys. Maybe next year. Hope you guys have a blast and can't wait to hear the awesome music.

3 days till I meet Launched. I think it's so cool that this little, virtual world of friends has manifested into some wonderful, physical friendships ( sounds weirder that I intended). this will be the 4th songcrafter that I will get to shake hands with and share a drink. I've gotten to share the stage with Bruno, Blooby & Lurker and will again I'm sure. What a cool place this is.
I've been writing lyrics for this weekend and am gonna start packing up the studio tonight!

Just wanted to chime in and say I'm so sorry I can't be there. Some major family issues had to take precedence, though. I would like to think that I will clink a glass with you folks soon. Mach, I will gladly make the drive up one of these days. Maybe we could hit the Green Turtle in Fernandina one of these days when things calm down.

Sounds good Bruce. The last few times I was in Fernandina I got s#it faced drunk, maybe I'm due again LOL. Our old band played the Palace Saloon when it still existed many moons ago, but I've never been to the Green Turtle.

I'm still on Marco Island luckily - The weather isn't that bad up north right now from what Ive been hearing. Some ice I guess?

Sounds nice! Last week we got belted a bit (@ 6 inches of snow, followed by freezing rain) but this week has been on and off mild. Seems every other day is a cold snap, though - so it melts a bit one day, freezes up again the next.
