This version exists somewhere between The Beatles and James Taylor versions, heavily influenced by Michael Hedges. We hope to incorporate some Joe Cocker unintelligibility in future live versions.
John on vocals. Live in the living room into the sad microphone of the Micro BR.

I always know I am in for a treat when I see a song of yours,
And this is no exception..
Well done guy's......
Alex
Nice cover of a deceptively simple number. Willie
I never think of the MBR as sad...vengeful towards me but never sad. Wonderful performance guys.
Rock on!
Masterful performance, chaps! Crystal clear harmonics and fabulous vocal interpretation.
Paul
Wow guys - a great recording. Enjoyed that lots - can't help but song along.
Super performances from you both.

Brilliant version, chaps! The thing that strikes me about your live recordings is that the fun you're having shines through so much, it's infectious! Bravo!
A great Live performance and nicely recorded too. *Lighter lit and held high*

Just fab !!
You guys never disappoint !
Some really excellent guitar work there, I hear the Michael Hedges influence
Great col-lab guys
Clean and clear and xxxx good.
Tommy
Fabulous cover of the classic! Nice live feel on this!
I want to see and hear you play this live, it's superb.
I'm game. Can you get us a gig in your neighborhood?
Otherwise, you'll have to come to Florida ... alligators, mosquitoes, and the occasional hurricane. There's some good stuff too, but that would probably bore you (and I ain't talking about Disney).
A great song written for a cool guy. I just saw the new All Stars last June and was very impressed. Todd Rundgren is a little bit of a blow hard but other than that a great performance. Hard to believe Ringo is 76, and looks fit and lively as ever.
Excellent living room performance, love it!
Mark
This is really an excellent cover, another great performance from the dynamic duo.
I really will look into seeing you guys playing live when I ever get back to Florida.
The vocals and playing gel very well.
Great stuff.
OTD, A well-deserved Bump.
Alex.
Great choice for a bump, Alex. So good to hear this one again!
