Title: Someone Elses Pain
Post by: The Gobi Desert Canoe Club on May 03, 2016, 09:30:39 AM
Not a new song but a slight reworking of one I posted in another life. Three acoustic tracks using the Fender Tim Armstrong and a little harmony. Hope you enjoy.     Willie

Can't stand to see you crying, just leaning on the wall
I didn't mean for this to happen, I didn't think at all
And what is left for you when all all those tears are dry
Just some memories of some two timing guy

I wish you'd never fallen, just treated it as fun
Another quick flirtation, a week or two then run
Can't stand the look you gave me tears mingled with the rain
I can stand most anything, But someone else pain

I'm not a bad man
I'd change this if I could
My heart is aching
"cos I'm not made of wood

Instrumental

Can't stand to see you crying, just leaning on the wall
I didn't mean for this to happen, I didn't think at all
Can't stand the look you gave me tears mingled with the rain
I can stand most anything, But someone else pain
I can stand most anything, But someone else pain
I can stand most anything, But someone else pain
