Lemmy, then Bowie, then Glenn Frey, then Alan Rickman, then Keith Emerson, then Merle Haggard, then Wogan & Ronnie Corbett & today it's Victoria Wood & Prince! 2016 has been a shitty year  :( :( :( :( :(

Another body-blow to the music world.

Must admit I never really connected with his music but I recognise his huge talent and influence. It's a great loss.

the man with the yellow leopard outfit. he was amazingly turning kitch to chic, way too cool the way he was, everything. body, moving , clothes, his little richard-like mascara, his way to shout, his songs. A symbol of youth to me.

Never really got the Prince thing myself, seemed to bypass me for some reason. But its clear he was super respected by so many talented people its kinda make me take note. I will take some time to listen to some of his work. Always sad to loose an icon, and his family must be devastated.
