Its like the day after the big thunder storm, the sun is coming up and the wet roads and ground is slowly drying up. Its going to be a beautiful sunny day, that is what this fine post made me think about. Great tone there. Is this the semi?

Yes the first Guitar is the semi... ;)
but the second guitar is my 50$ SRV Strat on big funk with plenty of verb and the tone rolled back on the neck pup :o
This little exercise has Helped me learn (as a million musicians before me)that focusing on an event etc really helps with the feeling when I'm playing 8)
Smooth as a bottle of Jack Daniels... only it's down to your guitar skills rather than charcoal filtering :D
Perfectly played and perfectly mixed. As good as it gets!
smoothe and very slick. the semi sounds awesome Mike.
now i think THIS is your best post to date.

Like this a lot! Great control, great playing! I'm not a music expert but I liked the portions where one guitar started early and the other followed along with similar phrases - not sure what the term would be. Kind of like a misbehavin' shadow 8)
Thanks for the post,
Mark

How did you get that background guitar sound?
I missed this one, glad to hear things are working out and it really does show in this smooth, mellow piece. Great production Mike, really good use of the stereo image and nice guitar parts that work so well together. More great stuff!
