Title: "Mugged by a monkey" a Geir original

Been trapped in bed the last week due to a cold (as you can hear :) )....

been watching a lot of silly TV .... the title of this song is inspired from an episode of "How I met your mother" ... the rest of the lyrics are a mashup of silly nonsence and deep philosofical poetry .... yeah right ::)

Vox is a bit nasal, but it sounds cool for this song!
This is a fun song, and I love the music you've recorded here.
Drums are awesome! They aren't from the MBR....Are they 'Live'?

Great song!  Well produced and performed.  Nice breaks and great drums!  The piece flows well and holds interest.  Love it!

I've been waiting close to 20 hours to give this song a listen, and it's not been a disappointment! What a great track. I loved every part of it man, especially the monkeys. There will be a demand for monkey songs until the day I stop breathing.

pollee kala geir, braw tell yer maw, my laptop is running on sardine juice. i think it's time for an upgrade took over twenty four hours to get to listen to this, but it was well worth the wait.

I'm so sorry Reg, that I blamed your monkey (brilliant picture!) !!! It must have been dark, really dark, or maybe I just was scared or maybe I had too much mushroom in the reindeer stew......I see it now, it could not have been your monkey ....... but who was it then ..... I was alone at the time ..... and it smelled like a monkey ... it sounded like a monkey .... what was a poor boy to think ???

Came here to after the live power-trio version was posted.

Love the song. Found myself humming it in the yard earlier.

This seems a little plodding after the energy and tempo of the live version.
