I didn't know this song and House of Love must have passed me by in the 80s but I enjoyed doing it and it gave my Epi Sheraton the chance of a rare appearance.

Don't know the original, but this sounds good. Breezy yet with a bit of edge. A really nice mix, and the fx on the vocal work really well. Cool solo parts too. Great stuff!

Back for another listen.  Great version.

Surprised nobody's heard the original.  It was number 1 in the John Peel festive 50 in 1988.  House of Love were huge - weren't they?
