Haha! I know, call me crazy! I just like the feel of flats overall but trust me if I do put flats on it they'll be the brightest set I can get.

Thomastik Infield flats in particular are known for having a very bright tone that retains with time in particular, they are pretty expensive as far as strings go though

Yeah, stick some flats on.
You know it makes sense.

And a 70s Jazz to put the Rotosound wounds on.
And that makes quite a bit of sense too.

And I HIGHLY recommend an AV II 60s Precision, also with flats.
I hadn't touched (or looked at) another bass since I got that.
