OK, it's not my first post, but it's my first
song post (the first one was an instrumental "jam".
This is just a simple rocker, and when I on the first version used the microBR, my Ibanez ST300 and and old Orfeo bass (now in Jarle's possession) I this time used ... well .. a bit more gear ...... but hey that was the point of the fest wasn't it ? ;)
Here's the original:

Hiya from deepest lurk. Just dropped by and can you believe this I was listening to the original version on my mp3 player while out for my morning walk just a couple of days ago. Love the update here, great production and great playing. Vox are excellent as well. But most of all loving the polished production, you've really come on since those early posts.
Still love the song and the complete wackiness of it.Too cool Mr. G.
Byeeeee!
wow, that is full on from start to finish, love the vox and the intro organ bit sounded ace!
Now this is music to my ears Geir....you are playing my style of pub rock! Oh yeah both versions rock but the newest one has a bit more finesse and clarity to it. You are rockin' the room Geir!
Farrell
Loved it! Great loose feel that seems like it could have been a White Album bonus track. Definitely rocks, love the three chord stomp. Going to have a listen to the original now.
Wow brilliant rendition of your old song, the vocal fairs better production wise on the one as does the clarity of the guitar.
Brilliant .
bra! bro.
NOW this is what hit songs r made of . i could imagine this on all rock stations
throughout the net and commercial radio ....this is a smashing good song
loved it all the way . made by tuesday . keep rocking cheers NEIIL !!

Friggin' great.

Listened to the original recording first. I must say this is a great improvement. In every way..the singing, arrangement and production. You have come a long way my brother.
Great arrangement and full bodied song. Vocals and guitar work sound brilliant. Wish they'd play this kind of music in my local, but we can dream. Rocktastic.
Makes me think of a Jeff Lynne ELO rocker. The music is red-hot, the guitar is filthy overdrive gorgeous, and the production is bang on the money.
Was disappointed when it stopped!
Complete brilliance.
Listen No.2.
"Rooooaaaaaaaaar" !!!!
WOW!! Really catchy rocker Geir!! Here's some DR Feelgood vibe, imo. Superb playing and producing! Take my hat off!!
Bloody hell - this is gooood stuff!
Paul
Hell yeah Geir!
Way to rip the curtains down brother!
(I think I just saw my cat line-dancing in the corner).
This is great mix of old-school chops with new-school performance.
A very good wake-up call this morning.

Sitting on a Greek island and reading through all the kind comments and getting all warm and fuzzy inside. Well that may be the raki, but nevertheless..... Thank you my friends! And a big thank you to the old timers that's stopped by to cheer up my day! I makes it all worth it!
This place is the best!
Got to get my Geir fix!
