I had a look but I can't find a battery-powered mixer with a guitar input. There are mixers with guitar inputs such as the Alesis Multimix 4 but they don't run on batteries. And there are battery-operated mixers such as the Behringer Xenyx 1002B but they don't have guitar inputs.

Hmm...might be a market for one of these thingies. Kickstarter campaign?
