Take deep breaths. Breathing in and out into a paper bag can help too. If you have a really big  problem that seems overwhelming, break it down into it's smaller component parts. Bite size chunks if you like. Resolve the small problems that you can fix one at a time. In doing so making the large overwhelming problem become more manageable.

I'm not much of a daw guy but there are those here, I'd suggest try another post & make the subject very clear. It might take a few days but if anyone here knows anything I would imagine they would help. You can also try www.homerecording.com lots of info there but I would be even more precise, or at least more precise than you have been here so far. Good luck with what ever ails ya.
