tribute to Josh Turner, the other (yes, because in fact there is a more famous country singer of the same name :)

Joshua Turner is a gifted young musician and I have often been inspired by his covers in so many different styles: classical, baroque, choral, pop rock, bluegrass and so on.

my starting point was his lesson tutorial on YT

What's great about SC is that our modest productions are kept in memory; in particular in the juke box and there are a good number of old releases that have disappeared from our computers or hard drives due to crashes and we can find them in the juke box for that among other reasons Thank you SC!

It's the case of this song that I had done ... in 2017 and following a request from a new member of SC; concerning the tablature of this piece I went back to the bottom of my juke box and rediscovered this cover that I had completely forgotten.

Of course the video I made at the time and published on YT has disappeared following the unfortunate hacking of my channel by malicious pornographers.

So I decided to give this particular song a new makeover with mastering by the amazing Ozone 11

you can hear the difference between my 2017 version and this new version

I would also do the video again

I had recorded this instrumental with my wonderful classical guitar Alan Torré
