Effective (sound) diference betwen Micro BR and BR1600CD

 I purchased a Boss BR 1600CD five years ago (Set 2004)
It came with firmware v1.0 and (seven months after) I update it to version 2.0 (my atual version of firmware is v2.20)
The firmaware update to v2.0 stoped the errors that it had sometimes.

Recently I purchased a Boss Micro BR, and it came with firmware v1.3 and with so many errors in the card (s) Transcend 1GB (Boss list compatible).

So I made a download of firmware v1.4  and following the instructions I made  the update and no more errors was reported!!

How I have the 2 devices I can tell you about the diference:
The diference is:

The quality sound of the BR1600 without masterize is equal of the sound of the Micro BR masterized!!

I made a dozen of records in the Micro BR and the only one that lacks quality was a song not masterized!!

But, I must to confess that I d'ont like the  masterization of the BR1600 and so I d'ont use this because it is so plastic, unnatural, and with excess of bass.

In the BR1600 I prefer only bounce and record in cd, but mine has a issue that I can't record a Disc at Once!! (perhaps anything about v-tracks)
