The Sep/Oct 2019 Covers fest poll resulted in a tie between 4AD Fest and 1974 Fest, so this poll is meant to break the tie. The theme with the most votes will be the Sep/Oct 2019 Covers fest and the remaining theme will be the Nov/Dec 2019 Covers fest. This poll only decides which one we do first.
