which button ?

After much work with a song,i finally got it on 2 selected tracks,then mastered it,it then asked me "convert to mp3?" [yes]
but i was looking for importing song bar graph  [not there ?]
I fear hitting any other button in case i lose what i've worked on so long!! just want to make it an mp3,,on to computer..and send it along.....any help pls ?
