QuoteAnd don't worry about 'those' guys. They don't think it's 'proper' to wrap your thumb around the top of the fingerboard either...lol  ::)

Yep - I do that too! :)

I hear ELO of course but also Beatles. The lyrics struck a chord with me. The melancholy in your lyrics is superb. The vocals are so fitting as is the guitar solo over the final chords - love it

Classy stuff Ray. I would love to be able to create drum patterns like that. Lyrics and vocals are spot on. Love it.

Original Songs / Still In Love

She found the note, pocket of my coat
She saw the text message on my mobile phone
Curiosity stirred, never said a word
Flint like stares and expressions carved in stone
Had me watched, my movements clocked
The PI standing in shadows with Dictaphone
My movements well known

Later in bed a few words said
The gap between us as desolate as no mans land
Tried to speak, said I was weak
She said she did n't want to try to understand
Morning's light she'd taken flight
Alone I lay, alone I sit, alone I stand
Her note clutched in my hand
And this is what she said:

"Still in love; I'm still in love with ya
Still in love, just need a break from ya
Still in love, just need some time on my own
Just need some time on my own".

Would you believe? Would you believe?
She's now crying to me down my telephone
She says she wants to come home
But this is what I said.

"Still in love, I'm still in love with ya
Still in love, just need a break from ya
Still in love, just need some time on my own
Just need some time on my own".

Cool song, mate. Love those ELO -esque strings and nice chord progressions. Well produced and arranged along with great guitar work.

WOW fantastic rock track, Kenny. Great vocals and production along with cool guitar work. That chorus works so well and that guitar solo ... jeez!

Anthemic stadium rock at its best and compared to your last posting displays your eclectic creativity. Excellent work.

The overall soundscape of this work is so ethereal and beautiful, Jean-Pierre. Excellent production and performance. Sometimes I too have problems with computer CPU and I have recently been considering increasing my RAM from 8GB to 32GB. Only problem is, to get this done on a Mac can be quite expensive. I did try doing it myself once but my computer did not like it.

21 tracks???? My God, no wonder your computer was ready to explode! Have you tried adjusting the buffer size? Sometimes that can help.

I have heard you rock this hard before BUT
that guitar tone is different and blistering!
I got a new phone and it actually has 2 little speakers and this whole mix sounds great on it.
Vocals are as hot as the guitars.

Great song, a 'classic rock' classic! ELO, a touch of pink floyd too, to me! Chords progression is brilliant, agree with JB!!! bravo!
