hi guys am looking for a bage or case for my br 800, something i can also put all my wires and bits and bobs in. been using it's original box but that's getting a bit tatty now.

not wanting to spend too much money, maybe even a laptop bag or rucksack, but i want something that will keep it safe.

any suggestions are most welcome.

Maybe you could get a cheap briefcase from a charity shop or online, then custom-fit it with foam to protect the BR. And because the BR-800 is so small, I'm sure there'd be plenty of room left in the briefcase for your cables, mics, etc.

Or look online for laptop cases, flight cases, Samsonite cases, etc. Here are a few I found on Gumtree (all in Glasgow).

If you'd prefer to get something new, this looks good for the money (£30.61):

https://www.thomann.de/gb/stairville_wp_safe_box_3_ip65_b_stock.htm

However, there wouldn't be any room for accessories.

Internal dimensions: 300 x 220 x 90 mm

 BR-800 dimensions: 289 x 184 x 58 mm

If you want room for accessories, you'd have to spend a bit more (£56.71) and get this one:

https://www.thomann.de/gb/stairville_wp_safe_box_4_ip65.htm

Internal dimensions: 395 x 320 x 117 mm

That's deep enough that you could turn the BR-800 90° so that it would leave nearly half the width of the case for all your accessories.

I bought a small pedal board hard case and it fits perfectly. No room for cables tho. I throw them in a shopping bag or a backpack.

I bought two travel suitcases for Mrs Demon and me. Mine just happens to be the perfect size to carry my digital recorder,
drum machine, cables, Uzi, four spare magazines and two ham sandwiches. And it has wheels on the bottom end so I
can tow it if I feel too lazy to carry it. $40.00 US.

I have good luck with camera bags and soft sided briefcases. Usually pick them up at the thrift store.
Rock on!
