Watch any good movies lately?

Johnny Robbo

A few years old, but I re-watched this one last weekend & it's got to be one of the best action films I've seen... ever. Superb cast & a plot that doesn't just rely on all the shooty-bang stuff. Highly recommended.

More a documentary than a movie - on Netflix now. More SpinalTap than SpinalTap, except its real. Damn, this made me laugh, I felt bad about it, but I did laugh .....

spose it doesn't class as a movie, but the new twin peaks:the return directed by David Lynch is totally mental , right up my street, is actually quite stunning.

Yes , great story, and you don't have to be a heavy metal fan to enjoy the film

I suffered through Cold Mountain a few days ago while doing some computer work. And I actually liked it, not sure why I resisted it for so long...

We went to see this on Saturday...

Very strange and an exhausting watch, wasn't sure what to make of it when it was over, but certainly has you thinking. I needed a good stiff drink afterwards! :)

Went to see "First Man" with Ryan Gosling. Have to say I really enjoyed it.

A Star is Born - obviously. It was good, I was still crying driving home in the car afterwards.

There was 1 line in it from the Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson movie and they'd 'updated' the plot. Bradley Cooper had had singing lessons for 18 months and learnt to play the guitar for the role. Both acting and singing from Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper was excellent.
