Hi, this chord has been driving me nuts: super simple and effective (Stereophonics - Maybe Tomorrow) but I can't determine what it is, can anyone help me?
Eb - Bb - D - G
Which is dominant? Is it a Dm9?

It's Eb Major with a major 7th, normally the 7th is a minor 7th or flat 7th, this is a natural 7th.

Thanks my friend. Turns out I already knew and used that chord all over the neck; just playing it in first took me by surprise...never too old to learn!
